API key — Credential for an external system to query the API. See API Keys.
Account — The client's operational unit. Sets the currency and the business lines.
Audit — Read-only log of the actions that modify data.
Client — The contracting company. Created by INSSA.
Code — The identifier the user presents to the machine: QR, NFC, fingerprint, barcode…
Controller (ICS) — Electronics linking the machine to the platform. Managed by INSSA.
Cumulative — Vending profile rule: the previous balance adds to the period's top-up instead of being replaced.
Delivery — Movement where the machine issues a product. Successful or failed.
Device — The machine: vending dispenser or EAS module.
Device code — An operator's personal code for opening the inventory panel on the machine. Not an app login.
EAS — The kit-and-equipment line: no charge, quota and return control.
Evidence — Video recorded by the device on an EAS delivery or return.
Business line — Vending or EAS. See Business lines.
Level (of a code or profile) — Account (valid account-wide) or operation (only there).
Licence — Service validity of a controller. Managed by INSSA.
Minor units — Writing money as a whole number (cents where applicable). See Amounts and currency.
Operation — A site or physical point of an account.
Operator — A person who uses this panel. Has role, scope and permissions.
Period — The profile rule's window: daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual or custom dates.
Planogram — Map of the machine's rows and slots, with product and quantities.
Profile — Consumption rule assigned to a code: how much, how often, which days, which machines.
Returnable — EAS product attribute: it must come back. Tracked in Returns.
Selection — The code the user keys on the machine to pick a slot.
Slot — Planogram position holding a product and a quantity.
Subsidy balance — Money credited by the vending profile on its period.
Tags (user tags) — Up to 4 custom fields per account for classifying consumers.
Top-up balance — Money the user loads onto their own code.
User (consumer) — The person consuming at the machines.
Vending — The line that charges: deducts balance or takes cash, card or wallet.
