INSSACS documentation

INSSACS is the platform where you manage your smart devices (vending dispensers and EAS modules), the users who consume from them, and the movements they generate.

This manual covers the management panel (the app at app.inssacs.com). Everything here is done through the interface — no database or API access needed.

How to read this manual

  • Concepts explains the model: hierarchy, business lines, codes, profiles and balances. When something in the app does not add up, the answer is usually there.
  • Administration holds the step-by-step guide for each screen.
  • Movements and reports covers what already happened: deliveries, failures, top-ups, returns.
  • System covers operators, roles, audit, notifications and API keys.
What the app does not do

Some things are configured from INSSA's internal console and never appear in your panel:

  • creating clients;
  • registering controllers (ICS), attaching them to a device and managing their licences;
  • creating or registering devices.

Any of those is a support request to INSSA. Your panel can view, edit, move, activate/deactivate and delete the devices that already exist.

Language and theme

The app runs in Spanish and English, in light or dark theme. So does this site: use the language selector and the theme switch in the top bar — the screenshots follow you.

What you see depends on your permissions

The app hides what you cannot use. If a menu section or a button is missing, your role lacks that permission or the resource is outside your scope. See Permissions and scope and ask whoever manages operators in your account.
